She was a cheerleader and track and field athlete in high school and after high school she began lifting weights because she wanted to be a female body builder but got pregnant LOL but she would still work out afterward. her legs are muscular and toned and she literally has no fat on them and her arms are also toned. she's pretty short but any fat she does get goes to her boobs because she has huge boobs. she wants to lose the muscles in her arms and legs because she doesn't like them & she's always complains about them and has asked me if I know how. Do you have any relevant tips for her? NOT stating your preferences and likes and dislikes, but actual tips on her achieving this goal?
