It is possible. My mum often says she's jealous of my body, she comments on my boobs and bum saying they're perfect etc. Your mum shouldn't be treating you differently about it though, you can't help your boobs grew bigger. You should talk to her about it.

I never shared bras with my mom but when I was measured to be a 32D she told me that I "wasn't a real D" because of the tiny band size. I think moms get jealous of their daughters more than they want to admit.
Or the reason she won't talk to you much is something else than just boobs? Sounds kinda irrational she would stop talking to her own daughter because of boob size.
