How do you know if a naturally flirty girl genuinely likes you?

This girl at my work is naturally flirty. She flirts with all the guys but she has never hooked up with any of them. When she flirts with me everyone says she does it because she genuinely likes me, not just because she's a natural flirt. Apparently there's a difference when she flirts with the rest of the guys and when she flirts with me. I would tell you the difference but I don't even see it myself?

1. What behavior (s) should I look out for to see if this naturally flirty girl genuinely likes me?

2. Is it harder for girls who naturally flirt with everyone to genuinely like someone?

It can be tough to tell if a flirtatious girls likes you. However, there are indicators to look for.

1.Avoids flirting: Ideally, ANY girl that likes a guy will attempt to avoid flirting with another guy in his presence to prevent discouraging him or sending mixed messages, unless of course, she wants to make him jealous. In which case, she'll look back at him for confirmation.

2.She'll go out of her way for him: She'll make it her business to talk to or be noticed by him, such as walking by him and/or knocking a paper of his desk to induce a conversation.

3. Her friends can give her way: Be aware of her friends reactions of you: Girls talk, that's no secret, so if her friends are eyeing you or smiling at you, then it's a good chance that she's into you.

These attention whoring girls are nothing but trouble beware. Even THEY often don't know who they like..usually its the first guy in her usual flirting ring who tries to break off contact.

Well, I am bit flirty/friendly girl and can tell you. If I like a guy I do not flirt him at all. Look if she treats you differently... I do that to the guy I like unfortunately as I think he is bit of a player, so I just flirt is any guy and touch him and hug him but the guy I keep giving him small clues but do not touch him in any sort of way. Look for differences in behaviour.

Girls are hard enough to tell what they call "flirting" as it is. A naturally flirty girl makes it even more confusing. To see if she genuinely likes you look to see if she flirts differently to you then others, if for instance she rarely hugs others, but wants to hug you, that's could be a sign she genuinely is flirting.

No, it's not harder as a flirt myself to genuinely like some one.. I think what she doing is being flirty but I call super friendly. She probably flirty with you. Look out for her when she taking to these people..is she looking at you., is she nervous sound you...read her body language.I'm sure she made it clear by now.
