To be more specific-- Captain Upperbodies are those guys that go to the gym on Monday for national Bench Press Day.. then go to the gym on Tuesday for national Bench Press Day part 2. Guys who completely ignore lower body workouts and only focus on, those so important to be sexy, pecs (and granted, good pecs generate a very pleasant looking upper body).
I know I've biased this question already quite a bit.. but what do you think?
