a girl that I've been friends with for a while just said that she had a dream about me. I didn't think much of it and I still don't because I've learned not to overreact to signals from her. Almost ever since I've known her we've been in a kind of "complicated semi-relationship" stage, where we never were really boyfriend/girlfriend but we always had sort of potential to be sort of thing. Anyway if she's having dreams about me does that mean that she at least likes me on a subconicous level or is thinking about me alot.

How did she tell you about this dream? Was it an interesting/weird dream? And she felt like sharing it? Or was it just a random boring dream?

We all dream about friends, family, or random people we know (who we don't even care about), but we don't usually make a big deal about it, like talk about it, unless it was pretty interesting.

In her case, if it was not even interesting, then she is probably trying to tell you something. Like, "hey I think about you enough to dream about you",and was trying to make you feel special, or ask questions - such as this question you posted.

Or if was interesting, like, something she thought might have meaning, then she just probably wanted to share it with you. (e.g. I dreampt you were in a car accident)

There is this guy I think about alot, but Ivnever really dreampt about him. So weird.

And there was a time (actually a couple of nights) I dreampt about a boy I knew when I was 10, who I was never even friends with. Just a classmate. I don't even think about him. But he was in my dreams. So weird.

So, I can't say that she dreampt about you because she thinks about you alot. Maybe she thought about you that night and dreampt about you, or maybe she is trying to tell you something, or maybe----

Whatever it is though, don't rely on it to give you clues on how this chick really feels about you.

Usually they say you dream about what you were thinking about before you went to sleep. So her dream may mean something. Maybe you two should talk about you're feelings?

usually if I have a dream about a guy it means I like him or am at least really close to him.

Whether or not these dreams mean anything doesn't matter.

Even if she's making it up to continue playing around doesn't matter.

What matters is, you need to stand up for yourself and proverbially sh** or get off the pot bro.

This girl wants to fool around and act silly about a relationship. Fine, then you need to make yourself so scarce she can't get a hold of you.

Flat out, quit giving her attention, and walk away. She doesn't respect you, that's why she's playing this game, she's having so much fun fooling with you.
