How do you prove to someone that you trust them?

Pretty much what the others are saying...as long as you let them do things knowing that you trust them they realize that you do trust them. Showing trust is harder to do than just simply having it

It's not really established over night. But usually you learn to trust someone by their efforts and sincerity. Also, time is a big factor.

if you let them do things they want to do with out suspecting too much like just say 'I trust you' sometimes it helps.
