Well is hard to say without actually knowing your lifestyle and body complex. But one thing is for sure, diets WON'T WORK if you don't plan on doing them for the rest of your life, which hardly happens. So from what I know, I'd tell you just to slow down on fat food, junk food and eat more fruits, vegetables and overall healthy snacks. You still can go eat out on the weekend or once in a while, eat a burger a pizza when you crave it, BUT don't make it an everyday thing or every two days thing, try to make it more like once every week. Another tip I can give you is to drink water instead of soda when you eat out and eventually you will start liking water more than soda which is really good for your health. And the obvious EXERCISE, it don't have to be like going to the gym everyday, it can be walking at the park, around the block for 30 minutes everytime you can, or if you have like a treadmill at home that works too. In my case I don't do diets, I just try to eat cravings every other day, or when I REALLY want it. And I have noticed that as long as I exercise and burn all that, there's no problem on getting fat or gaining weight. I hope this helps you.

I would stay away from high fat food, junk food, soda, and loaded sugary items. High protein, tons of veggies and small portion of starchy. Tons of water, and lots of exercise!
If you want that treat, have it, but in moderation and never as a midnight snack.
Weight watchers in my opinion is the best and healthiest way to change your lifestyle with food and maintaining a healthy diet.
Good luck to you!
I just started eating only when I am hungry and then it would be a piece of meat and a vegetable. To explain further.. I eat once a day with no snacks or very little snacks. I have done this for a week and have lost 8 lbs. My weight fluctuates regularly so I will have to wait another week for more accurate results.
Well honestly, pretty much anything. I'm no nutritionist, but I believe it's all based on calorie count. If you're eating more calories than you're burning through physical activity, you will not lose weight.

Lots of veggies and fruits. Dont overdo the potatoes, sodas, or any of the fats and carbs. You can have some, just eat cleaner. That means no fast food, drink water.
Best is to eat in moderation. Don't eat big meals. Try eating smaller ones and control the portion size
