My calorie count is suppose to be: "1850 to 2050" according to this CalorieKing website. With this 7 day diet, i'm getting nowhere near this calorie amount. Lol.
Question #1: What will happen if I don't get enough calories? Will I still lose weight?
Question #2: I will be exercising, what are some good exercises that you recommend? I have a treadmill and an elliptical.
Question #3: What are some good plans to go by for this diet? For example, should I just watch what I eat and exercise a lot to lose weight, or should I count calories? If i count calories, how should I do it? This is the first calorie counting diet that i'd be doing.
