Turn all electronics off and get them out of your sight so you're not tempted to use them! and then do something that you know makes you really tired maybe like some sort of workout or something I don't know ahha but stay away from electronics! :)

Sleep for 7 hours a day and don't use your phone. For 2 hours after 5 and then sleep at 7
Ask your brother or someone close to change your passwords. That's just one suggestion but it's helped me; might help you.
Replace electronics with relaxing (non-scary) story books.

You need to get All electric gadgets out of your bedroom. It helps a lot.
I take naps.. involuntary ones.
Get off the computer and go to bed, problem solved
