How can I become more happy with my body and my weight?

I am 15, 5'4, and 111 pounds. I am absolutely disgusted with my weight and my body. my thighs are huge, my stomach is bulgy, and my cheeks are wide. im never comfortable in public unless I'm wearing a baggy sweatshirt. I try on over 5 shirts a morning before school because you can see stomach bulge in all of them. I've spent so long crying over my weight and my appearance and I'm so sick of it. whenever I eat I feel so guilty and it's terrible. I've tried exercising (running, walking, core and strengthening), and nothing seems to be working for me. I've also changed my diet so I only eat healthy and nothing is helping, and I drink green teas and detox teas. also, I've been vegan for the past year and a half. what else can I try to do, and why is it that my weight is average for my height, but my stomach is bulgy and my thighs are large compared to other girls with these stats?
