Your body clock seems to be totally upside down. Your mum is not helping either!
First tip. Stop all coffee!! The caffeine in it won't help at all. Avoid ANY drinks with caffeine!
Second tip. Pick a random time like 4pm. You must NOT fall asleep between then and say 11pm. Next day make it 3:45pm and 11pm. Next is 3:30pm and so on.
Have you got a friend you could stay with for a few days. It is essential that you stop napping during the day. You need a totally dark room, no light whatsoever! And no noise of any sort. it's all a matter of re-training your body clock. Not an easy job.
Have a word with someone in a health shop. There are numerous herbal remedies that can help greatly. Don't use pharmaceutical drugs unless prescribed by a doctor!!

This music uses specific methods to generate delta brain waves, if I understand correctly, which helps to sleep/remove fatigue.

Honestly she sounds like a classic mom. But there's not much you can do. You could move out but that's a bit extreme. Or maybe invest in some earplugs?
There are non-addictive sleep aids on the market these days. Not getting proper sleep may be shaving years off your life. Do consider looking into it.
