What can be done in two weeks?

As we are aware of summer is coming up soon but no, that's not what I'm looking for. Graduation is soon and I've not been having luck finding dresses. I've seen some really pretty ones but unfortunately I couldn't fit them and I got discouraged. Is there anything I can do in two weeks to get a little more healthy/fit to find a dress?

What are some good exercises? How long should I exercise (realisticly) I run every other day or so for about 5 minutes and walk for about 10 but it's not much. I'm looking to do more but not too sure what I can get done in two weeks. What are some good foods to eat (specifically). Like what kinds of vegetables? What kinds of fruits? .. Or whatever it may be.
