Im slim so its no big deal but I feel uncomfortable in my tight clothes.
Can I lose 3 kg in two weeks on 1200 calories?

If you cut back 500 calories every week, that's 1 pound a week. So 4 pounds per month. Which, 4 pounds per month happens to be in range of safe weight loss per week.
So in a years time you would lose 48 pounds. Any more I believe wouldn't be good on your health, given you're not obese or anything. I heard it even helps with the lose skin, cause if you lose weight too quickly you'll get saggy skin for sure (Exercise may counteract this some).

basically it's possible 2 lose that amount of weight in 2weeks... just eat as u eat usually... but walk at least 1 hr per day...;-)
Yes you can. As long as you don't try to lose the weight in a very unhealthy way. www.mayoclinic.org/.../faq-20058289
Try looking up info on different websites on how to lose that much in a healthy way. With me I've noticed that if I don't eat much at night so 6pm and later. That tends to keep most extra weight off. Along with working out some.
The FDA declares anything under 2000 calories a famine. So basically your starving but your eating enough that's your body is sucking all the fat out of it and storing it. Instead eat more but eat better. That's what I've been doing and I've lost and inch of fat of my waist (and I'm definitely not naturally thin)
2000 calories is too much for some people based on weight and activity level. I know a lot of sources say never to eat less than 1200 though for these reasons.
@xobrowneyedbeauty most people under et unless your the under 4'9 or extremely tall 2000 calories should be a base. You only need 1200 calories if you 5'1 and sleeping all day. I think if more people ate the way they should (and not crap but healthy stuff) them thus be thinner, happier, fuller, and losing weight quicker.
Major average wilting adults/teens need 2000 calories they're just not getting it because 9/10 believe eat less always equals weighing less

1200 calories a day is starvation. Your body burns more than that if you're not doing anything, let alone if you're exercising. You will lose the weight, but gain it all back once you start eating normally again. And you will eat more eventually because 1200 calories a day is not sustainable.
Considering 1200 is the average amount one should eat a day, no, sorry, but if you exercise more often then yes, but not in such short time frame. You can try a low carbon diet that'll make a difference I think
I think it depends on how much you weigh, how much exercise and food your body is used to, etc. 3kg may be a lot to lose in 2 weeks but that should definitely help.
Diets never work. They give a yoyo effect. Be patient and eat healthy and continue to work out.
