Also your never gonna get abs by just throwing up food to get abs your going to have to do regular exercises e. g. crunches and squats but that will also give a flatter stomach making the throwing up pointless. no thats not a healthy way to loose weight! You're kidneys and other organs can take a serious unpreparable damage from this if you do it often. Just try some cardio sport if you are not happy with you're stomach and you will see results in a few weeks (when you work out 1h ,3times a week)
Never, and I mean ever do that to yourself. It's called bulimia and it's a disease that has the power to kill you. I used to have I was younger and it didn't help me. In fact, it ruined me. The side effects terrified me. I still haven't fully recovered emotionally and it's been 3 years since I stopped. I used to gag myself and throw up every night after dinner. It came to the point where when I finally stopped and tried to fix my life, every time I ate my body would naturally try to push the food out of it. Abs come from hard work and dedication. The word skinny makes me sick. If you want to look slim then you have to eat healthy and take care of yourself. Throwing up your food will only destroy you from the inside.
No. There is a better way to get a flat stomach. Stop eating sweets and bread. Eat eggs in the morning, a lot of fruits during the day, drink water and light yoghurt. Eat meat but without bread. If you wanna eat something in the night, don't eat fruits. Eat vegetables or soup. Walk a lot, you don't have to run. And don't give up. I had a perfect shape because i gave up sweets and bread for 3 months. Imagine your perfect body every day and whenever you want to eat something sweet, take some fruit and look at the photo of someone with flat stomach and say: I can do that too. That was my motivation.

Ab workouts (Youtube is filled with them)
Cranberry tea
Cinnamon
Regular bowel movements (which can be encouraged by a healthy diet containing a healthy amount of fiber)
Getting enough water.
Love don't you dare start making yourself throw up! It'll become a habit and it'll ruin you:( and before you think about getting abs it's not worth all that pain for them. You're perfect the way you are. I've heard from many guys they prefer girls a little fat on them rather than abs. My guy friend actually said him and his friends think abs aren't attractive on girls. I'm not saying no guy will find it attractive but if you want abs just to please some guy you like don't do it love. I promise you you'll regret making yourself throw up :(

lol that's one of the weirdest question I've ever seen. But seriously, no don't do that. It's a dumb reason. Besides, all those models that are anorexic just get their ribs to show. It's just disgusting and off putting. I seriously doubt you'd get abs from throwing up your food. Please don't waste your time
Just figure out a basic work out plan and a simple diet to stick to, surely going for a twenty minute jog every now and then is easier and much less disgusting than forcing yourself to throw up
