You're just fine as you are. You don't seem remotely anorexic, so that's not a worry. Just be glad you are skinny now, because I'm sure that later in life, you'll pile on the pounds. Most people do!
For now, though, go ahead and wear what you want. Slim ladies with slim legs are so very hot! You sound a perfect lady, so don't hide yourself away. Find that bikini and use it. Be proud of who you are and enjoy the way you are!

Walking generally isn't intense enough to bulk up your legs.
You might try sprinting as fast as you can in bursts (sprint as fast as you can, rest, repeat).
Another is weight training to a point of muscle failure (where you can't do a single rep anymore).
That said, skinny legs aren't necessarily unattractive. I actually really like that aesthetic if it's not being achieved by an eating disorder or anything.

Walking is not going to help really. I walk around 10-12 km minimum daily. Nothing really helps me either. Jog instead of walk & follow full body quick workout routines.
Does it run in family? All guys of my family are skinny and tall but gain weight during late 20s. While girls are short and bit chubby. Don't know reason. It's just natural. None of them has done anything about their body but they have gained weight. I went to doctor and he prescribed me few things and said that it wouldn't help as I don't have anything wrong with body.So what. It's better then thunder thighs.

Let me give a a verbal slap in the face with some cold hard TRUTH.
You do not have a high metabolism. If you are skinny, your metabolism is LOW.
You think you eat a lot. You don't. Your knowledge of calorie intake ends at 'I have a high metabolism'.
Walking will not build your thighs or your bum. It's going to build your calfs at best. And without additional weight carried in a rucksack, your tiny frame is putting hardly any load on your calfs.
