What sports did you do today?

I am sort off happy cause I did 2h of walk
then went to the gym and did: 15mins elliptical
15mins running
30mins bike
5 sets for abs
5 sets for biceps triceps shoulders
hurrah haha
anw usually I mix things up more like swimming, tennis and so on but still today was a good workout.
so what did you do today orr planning to do depends on the time difference
