First off. Sorry to say this but I think your in the wrong website. But ill help as I know. First, good job on the water and exercise. Now as a little more boost for the better. Try swimming or dance classes. If your a bit hardcore, some light weights would do awesome. And no real advertising here but ill tell you cause it works. There is a program called P90 not to be confused with the super hardcore P90X. It does cardio, weights, and abs and here is the deal. It works cause I used it and it got great results. The company also has a great online support group that can answer most of your questions. Last bit, its just commit to it. Don give up, never surrender. Hope you get the result you want. P.s. Send me some pics when you finish. Hope there hot ^__^Lol!

well the amount you burn depends on you weight, body fat and metabolism , keep hydrated so you can keep going and losing more. try some swimming or or even weights to strengthen your leg muscle and your endurance!
try to start slow and as you get more comfortable add more speed and resistance to the treadmill. don't rush to it thinking you will lose more weight if you run faster , sometimes pacing yourself is better than rushing because you exercise longer and won't get as tired.
remember to have some fun while you are working out!
hope you do great and get amazing results :)
Whoa, you do not need to be on the treadmill for over an hour. If you exercise too much, your body will get used to it and won't burn calories as effectively. You really only need about 30-45 mins of exercise a day. Treadmills really don't burn as much as some might think, but you are boosting your metabolism by exercising and the higher your metabolism, the more calories you can burn throughout the day by doing little things and while at rest. But I know for me, when I run a mile it says I burn about 140-150 calories, but I don't really pay attention to those counters. I just pay attention to if I ran a mile.

First off, congratulations on starting a new life! Drinking lots of water, eating right, and doing the cardio is awesome! But you should throw in some weights or machines to tone your muscles. When you do your sets, do sets of like 12. This will tone your arms and legs. It helps convert some of the fat into muscle. If you need more help, send me a message.
