I want small thighs!

i have thunder thighs and I hate it.

i go to the gym regularly and I run about 2 miles every time I go there.

I'm not sure if running will make me loose the weight? or just make my thighs bigger since its building muscle.

what are some things at the gym I can do that will make them thinner.

also my arms are huge. how do I do that too?
