I want to lose weight and tone up. I only have four weeks to achieve this goal!

So just a questions to all the health freaks out there ;-)

I've got a school reunion to go to in about a month, and I don't have to loose much weight, possibly 5-10 kegs, and tone up.

I've been running every morning and afternoon for around 30mins.

I've cut out sugar in my tea, and stopped drinking soft drink, and replacing it with water.

I'm not eating after 7 and trying to cut out all bad foods.

Do you think its possible to achieve this in a month?

Also, any other suggestions are welcomed.

Not "kegs" I mean "kilos".
