Contacts require saline solution to store in a little container when you take them off. Once you get the hang of taking them off and putting them on, it becomes very easy.
The cons are that you do have to change them every month/two months. You usually receive a 1-year supply when you get the prescription from your optometrist. That means you can order them once you run out, or you can get a new prescription if your vision gets worse.
Usually your vision does get worse. So the cost if getting glasses versus contacts does not vary by a significant margin. With contacts you look like the real you, while with glasses you are stuck behind the same frames every day.
It really comes down to whether or not you like wearing glasses. If you don't, get contacts. It's as simple as that.

contacts are a must if you enjoy outdoor or extreme sports. If not, you don't necessarily have to have them.
I wear hard, RGP contacts that I don't have to replace ever. They're not as comfortable as soft or hybrid lenses, but they are also very resistant to "dirtying up" and having protein build up on them.
Yes, I kind of switch back and forth between the two but I like contacts more. They don't get in the way and you won't have to worry about them falling off your face. Some negatives - you can get an infection if you don't clean them properly with the solution or change them when you should (twice a month or so). Another thing I don't really like is spending extra money on solution every so often. I wear Acuvue Oasys.
i just got contacts and I love them! they make me look so different, in a good way. although the bad thing is having to put them in. sometimes its easy, sometimes its hard, it all depends on the day. a good thing is, if you feel lazy one day and you don't want to bother with putting them in, you can just put on your glasses! but if you drop a contact, you have to wash it off before putting it back in.

Yes you should!
I just got new ones so I'm not sure of the brand, but once you get used to them, you can't even feel them, and your vision is super clear and crisp! Only cons are forgetting they are in, which rarely happens, but then falling asleep and waking up with them dry and stuck to your eyes... Not too big of a deal, but causes minor discomfort for the time being...
Overall tho, there's no reason not to get them. :)You're devil eyes will melt the contacts! =O Seriously, it depends on if you want to deal with that. They are a lot more work than glasses. My little brother is blind as a bat and has worn glasses for year. He tried contacts at one point and complained about all the work, the eye irritation, and having to constantly buy new contact lenses and solution and what not. Glasses you just slip on. I'm glad I still have 20/20 vision. =)
Good luck. I know many use them successfully. For me I know I don't have the nerves to poke myself in the eye all the time. I can't even give eye drops. But I see how contacts can be less of a hassle if you can manage.
Just get it so you have option. I wear them when I'm playing sport. I use acuvue oasys since I have sensitive eyes. my eyes feel a little dry after 9-10 hrs, so I carry eyes drop with me.
