I don't mean just ones you have heard of. Which ones have you read that have actually worked for you? It doesn't have to be an extreme diet, just one that changes your thinking about food so that you can lead a healthier lifestyle.
I'd go with a scientific plan coupled with personal and group support. Organizations like Weight Watchers provide this plan for you.
Any mountebank can write a diet book. Don't pay too much attention. But an organization like Weight Watchers can actually help you.

Well I don't own any diet books but however I own healthy recipes cookbooks and they are helpful vegetarian recipes,healthy recipes from my apps.
