Girls, help! Why would my ex girlfriend blocked me on WhatsApp, removed me from her Facebook and Twitter?

Few weeks before this happened she has told me that she thought we weren't compatible any more since we fight a lot but I told her that I still had feeling for her.So she agreed to give us a try.Then we talked like normal but for some reasons both of us were silent for many days.I can't explain why I ignored her but I just felt like I didn't want to talk to her.Then once in a while she asked me if I wanted to end this but then I said no I was just busy.I didn't have the courage to tell her that I also wanted to break up.Yesterday when I sent her message on whatapp I have noticed that there was only one 'check mark'.I can't see her 'last seen' on the top.I login to Facebook and she also removed me from her friend list.What is going on here? does this mean she hate me?

she probably just needs her space and if you start talking to her than she no longer has her space..she might just be angry at you but inside she could be hurting..it doesn't necessary means she hates you but she might for a little bit for what happened..you might of made her feel worthless when you ignored her, or it might not be any of that. if so just give her, her time and in a bit she'll come around, if she really wants to talk she'll talk.
