My Boyfriend wants me to change my appearance?

I am in relationship with a guy for the last 6 months.
he always talks about changes in me. I took it positively , as I wanted to have positive changes in me and started working on it i. e., Be healthy you look so thin! (I joined gym), Change Your clothes and buy some expenses clothes! ( Went for shopping and changed) but he did not notice or appreciate. Whenever He looks at any other he says I like these types of girls Become like them. Generate sex appeal in you, He looks at any other girl he wants me to become like her. If he sees any girl with straight hairs he wants me to make my hairs straight. Whenever he is with me out, He looks at other girls only. Even If I look good ( other appreciates me) but he never appreciates me. I feel so in-secured with him. Whenever I get ready for office i always think if he will like me today or not? Now, I am fed up I asked for breakup but he is not ready for it. Is it the way i should keep on changing myself? or i Should not be with him anymore?

He is a control freak and not someone who cares for you. Some changes are good (like be healthy), but why is he with you, when everything that you are needs to be changed in the first place? Does he want a Barbie doll to play dress up?

if he can't appreciate you then let his ass go. who is he to tell you to change how you look? he started dating you six months ago when you didn't look like that so now he wants you to feel insecure and change for him? he doesn't even deserve sex from you if he's gonna disrespect you like that. drop him like a hot potato. it doesn't matter if he wants to break up, if 1 person doesn't want to be in a relationship then its over

time to dump him, sounds like he is trying to turn you into someone else, if he is not happy with you for who you are then something is very wrong, fair enough for him to encourage you living a healthy lifestyle but everything else is just wrong on many levels, get out of there and find someone who likes you for you and not for who they can turn you into
