Send a message, apologize and keep coming around. Tell her you miss her, ask if you can go out as friends try to talk it out after enough time passes. You can certainly weasel your way back in going the "friendship" route by rebuilding that relationship slowly, but she has to let you make those communication steps before you get a real chance to fix this.

And if she doesn't approve despite all your persistence and remorse, give up.
Also note that she most likely thinks you don't really care abut her and that you can't be trusted. Convincing her otherwise is going to be a huge feat. She shut you down immediately, which is what I would have done. If she's anything like me, you can forget it.
