Usually this is VERY self centered and the most ego serving are using the feedback to judge how they are doing compared to others left in their wake.
Libras/air signs are particularly self serving, never really carrying all their weight assigned them, to add more weight to that assumption. They also speak seldom = mystery what they're up to = never a good sign for my well being.
