I broke up with this guy I really liked but I couldn’t be there the way he needed me to at the time. A couple of weeks went by and he texted me to ask if we could work things out. Because we started arguing during this conversation, I told him I didn’t want to be with him. After that I texted him every couple of weeks to check in on him but he never initiated any contact. A month passed with no contact and I texted him telling him that I’m willing to try again for our relationship but he didn’t respond. Soon after, I find out he has a new girlfriend. Is he still interested in me or has he completely moved on?

You're still on his mind. Maybe he feels obligated to his current girlfriend though, or just really doesn't think you'll work out despite his feelings. You don't check people's social media constantly if you aren't into them.
