Why did he actually breakup with me?

I recently got broken up with. He told me that there was something in the back of his mind that kept nagging at him that something wasn’t right in the relationship. He told me the sex was the good, that he thinks I’m a beautiful woman, but that in the back of his mind something kept nagging at him. I am so lost, it is crushing my soul.

It probably means that he wasn’t really feeling it with you, based on what you said he said he seems to be just lusting for you (good sex, you’re beautiful) but there doesn’t seem to be any deeper feelings involved. I think he was infatuated with you for sure but then again, only he can tell you what the exact reason for the break up is. I can only speculate based on what you’ve told us on here

It's not possible to know the reason why unless he tells you.

Try to talk to him to find out his reason. It's ridiculous if he is ending the relationship because of a "nagging feeling"and doesn't know why himself. He must know why.

Let him know you need closure and that's why you want to know the reason
