Me and my ex broke up 3 days ago, he still acts like he's on a relationship with me, also I'm pregnant why is doing this?

Hi I just need some clarity cause I'm confused, he still wants to come over and stay over, he says it's because he dosent want me to be on my own. He does things he did when we were together like hugging me, complementing me, playing with my hair etc and I've noticed he's started staring at me more. He says he can't come back to me as he dosent want to look stupid, but asks questions like 'do you want to be with me' I said obviously and he said it's probably not going to happen though is it, and said he didn't even want to break up. Also he has said 'whatever happens between us'. I also bidded on a house last night and he said 'you'll definitely get that if I'm on the tenancy'. I've said to him he needs to stop as we're either together or we're not and it's not fair on either of us for him to keep doing this, he just keeps turning up. I'm really hurting and heartbroken and I'm also pregnant so obviously it's extremely difficult and I just want to get over him as soon as possible if its 100% done.

I have spoken to him and he's said he's not gonna come over now, even though he's said that a few times and still has, hopefully he sticks to his word.

Yesterday He said he's not done and I'm the only girl he wants, then not too long ago said its 100% done then 5 mins later said he dosent know. Feel like I'm being messed around with, I know its hard for him but he can't keep doing this I don't know what to do
