My ex girlfriend asked me if she could come over?

My ex who broke it off with me 2 months ago has asked if she can come over to my house this afternoon. She has some stuff here but didn't mention it. She has asked before "can I come get my stuff" and then canceled or never mentioned it again. Then his week she over heard me say something nice about her to a friend when we didn't realize she was around. After that she was really nice and chatty. We spent extra time we wouldn't normally have since the breakup just talking about good times, childhood memories, that sort of stuff. We got along really really well this week after her hearing whatever it was she heard. Then today when I was leaving she said see you next week, then stopped me and said "can I come over this afternoon?" This is the perfect opportunity I've been waiting for to talk to her about us. I'm just curious if there are other motives behind it for her other than getting her things. Maybe she wants to talk? Any insight?
