How do I tell this guy he was a jerk to me on our 2nd date?

I knew this guy for 2 weeks. We went on a 2nd date or in his works 'just a hang out' last night an I'm not sure how I feel about him. So need some advice. After the date I felt like shit. Here's what happened below:

*He made fun of my outfit
*We organised to eat before but he got angry at me because I didn't plan anywhere
*He complained about his family the whole time so I felt like a therapist.
*I asked him what he was looking for and he said nothing serious
*He called me an idiot multiple times
*He said he didn't like me yet
*Told me that my cat makes me up myself (red mini cooper convertible)

I just felt like a punching bag the whole time. Do I just get straight with him, I'm pretty pissed off... what should I do? I feel like shit and he was has messaged me 'are you angry with me?'

He deserves to be told what he did wrong... he obviously doesn't recognize that himself. So tell him exactly what you posted here. Whether you decide to go on a third date or not will depend on how he reacts to that. Good luck!

PS - Everyone deserves one pass in life. People have bad days, they make mistakes. I wouldn't suggest dumping him until you talk with him. You obviously thought he was possible dating material by going on a second date; otherwise, there would have only been one date.

These are enough warning signs for you to pull the plug on this right now. You can wait but you will end this sooner or later. If you wait, you will later regret that you didn't act more quickly.

It was just a second date and you do not owe him an explanation. Just tell him that you two are not a good match and you don't want to see him again. Then block him on your phone and social media because there is a good possibility that we will not want to take "no" for an answer.

Normally I would advise to treat someone with respect even if the person made a few mistakes "socially"... BUT if he called you an idiot multiple times I would call him out on it and tell him to fuck off. That kind of talk is just unacceptable. He is clearly an asshole.

Depending on how your nature is you can either ignore and move on because really What the point or you can say “thank you for your time and your interest. Try to do it in a way that doesn't make you come off looking like a jersey.
You don't want to stoop to his level.

Umm.. you can start by resolving to dump him!

You can either be as rude, crass, and insulting as he was in dismissing him

You can take the high road and thank him, but say you just don't think you're compatible and move on.
