I'd be confused why she is asking me out after just meeting me, so that would be topic #1.

Assuming she had some kind of decent excuse for it, Topic 2 (hobbies, interests, preferences, personality, lifestyle, goals, etc.) would follow.

Then i'd want to be just friends for 3 years to see if she is who she says she is, I'm not dating someone I don't even know. And on that note, I'm not sure how I would know if she is kind after just meeting her, that seems pretty much impossible to know that early, any kind acts I witness upon meeting her could be a front that hides the real her.
