Am I ready for a relationship or I should stay single for longer time?

I had very bad break up it's been about a year I meet woman here n there and during my work but I get angry very fast when they play games and hot n cold it makes me remembering my ex. There's only 1 girl who's really kind and peaceful i feel good around her and I really want to ask her out but I'm afraid if my bad behavior show up I'm not crazy but my last relationship was crazy I never knew what is gaslighting till I knew she was a master of gaslighting. This new girl is so kind to me I really like her I want to take a step but I feel I need more time on the other hand I'm worried if someone else reach her and I lose her I rarely meet peaceful woman like her with such great beauty.

If you mentally aren’t ready to be in a relationship and still have work to do especially with your anger then stay single while you handle it. I totally understand not wanting to lose her, but the sort of work you’re trying to do takes some real time, and healing from your past so you can give your future partner the best, healthiest version of yourself is most important. If she’s still single when you feel ready then it’s meant to happen. If she’s not then that’s ok too, because you were trying to make a healthy choice and that’s commendable for sure.

I do think that’s great, and if that’s the case then the next steps depend on how well you coexist with your anger and stuff. If you don’t feel like it would be problematic and you have a good handle on your emotions then sure, go for it.

Yes I feel peaceful around her. I will ask her out i believe she will agree I believe I'm fine around her i will try to go out and see how's it if I felt I'm getting worse then I will tell her I can't now Maybe other time.
That ex girlfriend was demon with angel face I never had such breakup
