Am I overreacting to be upset about this?

My boyfriend said if he was married to someone who looked like his celebrity crush then he would be whipped for life and that he wants to marry anyone from anywhere in the world who looks exactly like her and went into detail about each individual feature like “her hair needs ro be like her, the whole face needs to be like her.”

I don’t know how I contained by anger and frustration and I don’t know if I am overreacting by feeling disrespected.

I don't think you're overreacting at all. He's supposed to be with you, loving you, and only wanting you. He shouldn't be so shameless as to literally say those things about a damn celebrity crush to your face. That is indeed offensive.

I agree. He does this all the time but if I confront him he gaslights me and says I am overreacting and it’s just a celebrity but he wants someone like her and he talks about girls all the time to me like I am nothing.
