Off limits. In college, my best friend liked the guy that liked me. I didn’t even notice 🤣. So she confronted me saying she likes Lawrence and I said you can have him. I don’t want him 🤣. She was so happy. So yea no exes or crushes. If I liked Lawrence, I might have to crush that feeling coz my best friend is my best friend. I am not losing her over a guy. There’s a million of guys in the world and it’s not worth losing friends over one!

I had this happen. My “Bestfriend” at the time liked this guy she worked with. I had mutual friends with the guy and I ended up hanging out with him. He told me he didn’t like her or how she was built and he wanted to take me out for my birthday. I let him take me. 🤷🏽‍♀️. I know it sounds awful but it’s not like she ever had a chance with him anyways.

The reason is, nothing is going to happen and you might just miss out on a great relationship. A true friend would understand this, because not everyone likes everyone back.

A true friend would want you and them to work out, even if they were interested.
