+1 yYep! I tend to do that in every new relationship that I have been in. Only with my current partner, I'm still staring at my phone waiting for them to respond... as I stand in the grocery store isle waiting for her to tell me which kind of cheese she needs for whatever she is making... no I'm not bitter...

+1 yYes 🥰 Especially if I say something really dry and they are purposely waiting to reply to me to get me back.

lmao
+1 yDefinitely! Not only into someone, but also into something.
I am so into this site that when I notice a near live chat in opinions, I just keep on refreshing the website to see the updates.
But that has very rarely happened with me in real life lol.😅

+1 yProbably at some point in my young and stupid days, but I’ve been off the market for over 10 years now. That means I know where she sleeps and I’ll know the reason why if she doesn’t answer🤣

10 Reply606 opinions shared on Dating topic. Yes I had that a few times in the past but it always ends up in disappointment sooner or later when you dont get a reply back fast enough. Better put the phone down and find some distraction so that you won't get a negativ emotions when it takes a little to long for your liking. Those are the small things that can end up in a unnesecarry argument with your loved one
10 Reply8K opinions shared on Dating topic. When I was dating I used to just wait by the mailbox.

That reminds me of The Lake House. Have you seen that movie? It's one of my all time favorites.

21 Reply4.3K opinions shared on Dating topic. Can’t remember how fast text msg’s were in the oughts. Had my Nokia ringtone around 2003ish. Upgraded to a fancier PDA phone after. Don’t remember the three little dots people are obsessing over now.
I actually turned those off on my phone. You can turn off “tell others your texting” feature in settings.10 Reply2.9K opinions shared on Dating topic. I've been there it sucks especially when you know they're texting somebody else too it's just one of those things you just got to suck it up and walk away but there are the good times though where that doesn't happen

+1 yThat’s not about how “into” someone you are or not. That’s more about how into yourself you are or not. Texting wasn’t a thing when i was that unhealthy.
10 Reply I used to do that when I was younger. The anticipation I got from a girl i was really interested always made me excited. Now that I'm older it's a surprise to me if i get a message back.
