How to meet someone when we’re shy?

This question sounds stupid but always found so hard to meet a man, a potential boyfriend. I have a small group of friends and It’s enough for me, I work online and even tho I go out with my friends I feel like so hard to meet a man. I do not go to club or this kind of things because I don’t like it and don’t feel comfortable and don’t want to try dating apps because I don’t think people are serious out there 🤡. Don’t get me wrong It’s not because I don’t attract people or that men don’t come to me in the street it’s just that the men that are around me is not what I’m looking for, so I’m not going for a guy who comes and talk to me randomly outside asking for my number because yes I’m shy and also those guys are questionable most of the times. So my question is where the f will I find a serious man ready to commit if I’m too shy and introvert? 💀

Join a local club or organization that does volunteer work like Habitat for Humanity for example or something like that. Church is another as some churches have clubs and groups for younger parishoners. Also, word of mouth from friends and family who might know a single guy is a good way. Maybe old classmates from high school that you could reach out and friend on social media. Neighbors in an apartment building or residential subdivision is another - if you have dogs - walk your dogs and look for guys that walk theirs and have your dog "accidentally" go up to their dog and start talking about dogs.
