It's usually devastating to tell someone you like them. However, try to get them to a place where you both can have a conversation. Don't make the conversation awkward. Just say some like "I have something to tell you..." or if you're brave enough tell them you straight up have feelings. Please tell me how it goes if you can. Good luck.
