What I do get half way to texting a guy and then getting a mini cold and guy also has throats infected when to meet up after colds?

I did have a mini cold. I sent text, I didn't plan anything because my family had gotten a cold hand. The new guy that I text has a throat infect. I get half way there but never be fully. Now I have to wait even longer to meet up. My dad tested positive for covid again. Has been a bit of good luck but now worse luck. I just want to have a boyfriend but also get half way there. Something all seems to happen. I test negative for covid.
