I’ve been friends with a guy I met at Uni for 4 years, I liked him he didn’t like me but acted as if he did. Recently we reconnected online and after a few weeks of chatting he mentions he’s married. I unfollowed him because he ignored me anyway and I felt like there was no point. He then sends me a message saying ‘what did you expect, I don’t even talk to my mates here. You’ve got the problem being friends to unfollow me, I’m trying to be civil but I don’t have time for these games’…….
I was shocked, why did he go so mad, I thought he didn’t care but he sends me this? I didn’t even reply…what’s his problem?
Superb Opinion
I guess he feels frustrated that he loses his mates because of his marriage and any friendships. Or maybe he was simply trying to keep the status quota as "friends"; however, by unfollowing him he probably thought you had lingering feelings for him. He probably wants to respect his marriage, and therefore doesn't want to play flirtatious "games" with you

The pettiness I guess, must have bothered him cause I guess he saw you as a friend
