Went on a great first date with a girl from Hinge 2 weeks ago. She was busy the week after but suggested a date this week for a second date (last night). I thought the second date started well, started going downhill (some awkward pauses), but I think we salvaged it by the end of the night. Before I dropped her off, I suggested a third date next week, but she said she was busy again, but maybe next Wednesday. Sent a text in the am, and haven’t heard back yet. She does work in an office job, so I’m not sure if she’s ignoring me, or just busy.

Typically, yeah. Though the time it takes me to reply will depend on how busy I am at work. If it's slow? Yeah, I'm pretty consistent at getting back to someone. But if I'm busy, then replies will be really slow, or I might just wait until I get off work.

In other words, if she's genuinely busy anon, she probably can't just stop and text you during work. Just be patient with her. I have an office job too, and can confirm I do not always have the time to reply to texts at work.

No. Unless it’s an emergency, my phone doesn’t exist while I’m at work. The only time I take it out is when I’m on break or when I get off. Anyway, give her time. More than likely, she’s busy.
