I see it a lot on tiktok and I don't understand what the hell? It's just a cartoon. Saying they are hotter than real life guys/girls is weird and seems like they don't pull real life people.

i dont really like anime but i've watched a couple before in middle school. i do remember like i watched naruto and i simped for sasuke hardcore for like a month but i was like 13 though. i think its because even though they're drawn people not real life people they are 'people' in a way (like they're supposed to be human, they act human, etc), and some are supposed to be good looking, sexy, etc.. so i guess to some level you humanize them and so cos of that you can simp for a character. though i think if your above the age of like 15 and you regularely simp so much for anime people especially to the point where you find them hotter than real people, you and your probably got a problem

they are human, they are drawn to be human, they are voiced to be human, they are written to be human, sasuke uchiha or any other naruto character is not less of a human than any of us, we can't even actually say he does not exist cuz he does exist in a way, we watched him, we saw his actions, saw his story, emphatized or harbored positive or negative feelings for him, as picasso once said ''everything you can imagine is real'' sasuke is not less male than your everyday average joes, also don't put the blame on your age for simping sasuke cuz simping for him is not something you should be ashamed of he is hot, he is interesting your female instincts found things she desired in him.

I think anime girls have unique features that are less common in humans such as legs that are similar thickness from upper thigh to lower thigh. Legs that have rectangular angles and inverted angles that show a healthy metabolism and classic bone structure. Features that have exaggerated and palatial large scale eyes that do not curve or dip inward on any side, a chest like area that is perfectly rectangular sloping down and not rounded underneath the breast bone, etc… those features are more common in anime girls.

I read a lot of mahwas (Korean manga) and mangas. I watch anime. I simply like the way characters are created/drawn.

But there is this hint of possessiveness in almost every male lead character. They are focused on their goals and considerate but also assertive. It's a pure pleasure reading well drawn comic with well designed male lead :D

I've had a few fictional crushes myself. For me it isn't just looks but also personality and voice wise. However, the character themselves cannot have a love interest. If they do, then I'll concentrate on that ship throughout the show. But I may not crush on them as a result of that.
