But now it seems like they are more romantically interested in you by their actions and vulnerability. Could telling them that you just want to be friends too make them change their mind or feel like the pressure is off so they’re more open to the idea? Has this happened to you? How did it go?

I think it's human nature to want what we can't have. She just suddenly became more desirable which was torture for me as we were really close and she wouldn't think twice about changing in front of me or telling me about her latest boyfriend
