I find that most Asian men will choose the first one. Pretty face despite being short and skinny like a child.

Pretty face but childlike body (short and very skinny)

Average looking face but feminine body (normal height and good body shape)

I've always preferred attractive face. Body is always something you can work on and change. Just no fat girls because that shows a lack of commitment to health and appearance in the first place
