Many women use dating apps as a means of getting attention for themselves because they crave it. Same reason why they're so active on social media. Those kinds of women won't respond to any man who isn't the top 1% of all men (6'2", 6 figure salary, chiseled handsome face, jacked figure, etc.) even though she herself is usually a 7 or 8 at best.

It's best to not let these narcissists get in your head. Just keep a wide net cast on both dating apps and talking to girls irl.

Multiple reasons. Most of the time girls don't match you to just match you without thinking you're attractive or something about your profile. More than often, the first message can make a difference if she wanna reply or not. She may just be busy with life. She may also be exploring other options just as men do lol. Maybe she just likes the attention but isn't ready to invest in anyone even with simple conversations.
