Men are naturally stronger and their skin is more rugged which makes them naturally better at more labor intensive jobs. That said, women can do labor intensive jobs too, it just might be more difficult for them. Of course these are averages, as with anything with humans there is a ton of overlap, so this may not be true 100% of the time.
There is, because society says so. But none of that is set in stone as it's always changed throughout history and will continue to change. So, if your question is if there's work that is men's or women's by *nature*, the answer is quite obviously no.
Yes there is to some extent. Men are always going to be better at anything physical, from construction to sports. Women are always going to be better at social stuff and caring.
@luisg_gr No, they're always gonna be better *overall*, but not literally *always*. There will always be certain women who will perform better at those physical works than certain men. And that's all we need to know. If any women can be good enough for a job, than that jon isn't inherently male by any "nature". End of story.
Yes of course. I meant on average, anything else is beside the point. But yes, if the average male or women is much better or much more common to do a job then it makes sense to assign that job to a sex.
@luisg_gr No, it actually makes no sense and is counterproductive in fact. Assigning a gender label on it creates social stigma and puts social pressure on people. Less men dare to do "female" work and less women dare to do "male" work because of people like you.
But do not worry, you're in good company here. GaG is dominated by men who wish the 1950s or even middle ages would make a comeback. So dispicable.
Is there really such a thing as woman's work and men's work? Lots of overlap, but yes. There are things requiring size and aggression that you can't do as well. *Join an NFL team *Become a fire fighter.
You need both men and women to build the economy. There are jobs that men are good at and jobs that women are good at and jobs that both genders can handle.
There are some jobs that might be more geared towards men and some for women, but in my opinion there is no such thing as certain genders work🤔

I think there kind of is such a think, but only in the extremes. I kind of see kindergarten teaching as a woman's job and being a lumberjack as a man's job. As a women, though, I would still be a carpenter and I feel like it's ok for a man to be a nurse.
Well, there are the stereotypical jobs as you said, but nowadays when a woman or man is fit for the task I don't see an issue why they shouldn't pursue a career not typically meant for that gender

Yes. As much as women want to believe they are capable of the work men do, they generally don't have the strength, physical drive, or determination as males do. Which is why very very seldom do you find women working up on super high towers, in super dangerous mines, or any place that is generally dangerous or gross. *yes there will always be a tiny few who do, but they also don't get as much of the work done. It's just not possible strength wise.

Why do women try and be like men , which in turn really makes real men turned off and very disinterested. Then again to many young guys are so wimpy that maybe they appreciate that. The e ml calculated and effeminate will fall in love with this idea. So you tell me what type of male your into and that will determine your future male.
Am I your the one who actually still thinks women are nice soft fragile beings you should meet women a bit more ignorance is a lack of knowledge I'm speaking from my experience which ignorance which is the opposite your one speaking from your own lack of knowledge so no the ignorance is all yours
@Cocacolaaddict can women consistently pick up and move heavy objects? No, they can’t. None of the BS you spout in a classroom or living room changes that.
Who said that they can? I sure as shit didn't. your assuming that because I opposed one of your points that I'm of the other mindset that women are as strong as us and can do anything men can do. that's bollocks women are weaker than us and should ideally be nurturing and caring instead. Yet instead of nurturing and caring like they are biologically supposed to do. (just like men are biologically supposed to provide and protect) hence the increased muscle mass, women are not caring supportive or nurturing they are manipulative deceptive and lack compassion. they are usually man haters or if not at least harbor some resentment towards men they see us as robots and tools and when we suffer they do not care in fact it either disgusts them or they lose respect for him. women are not nurturers or supporters or carers and neither are they providers or protectors they don't do either
Yes, because of the ideological differences between men and women generally. Men often chose more danderous fields and women tend to chose more nurturing and educational fields. Making those fields "men's" or "women's" field
In my different careers I've seen some men whine like overbearing girlfriends and some women act like they're ready to remodel Stonehenge. I don't really care otherwise as long as they don't bother me.

In my work. Work garden, work in Woodworking, crafts and painting. I also work in Cattley . It depends. It shouldn't be label as men job.

Women are for things like taking care of babies, cooking for the family, cleaning the house... Etc.
Men are for physical labor and leading businesses.
not really.
however some types of jobs can be done easier by one sex over the other.
Nah, it's a bullshite concept, do what you wanna, if you can do it, basicly you do you, not what other people tell you you should do
It’s rare to see a woman do the heavy lifting in any physical work. They have been good support but not the main lineup.
Women are weaker get over it. Women are better nurturers. Men take more risks.
Women, nurturers -rolls eyes-
@Cocacolaaddict man you are ignorant.

@Cocacolaaddict perhaps the 20 year old of today is like that but not women that I have known.
Not just 20 year olds its majority of women

Different sexes are just attracted to different jobs. Nothing wrong with that.
Yeah I guess. Womens work is giving birth, mens work is the eternal vigilance of watching out for anything coming at them below the belt.
No women should do every tough jobs as men do. This is real equality.
Offf I forgot to put , this.
I meant :
