My friends keep hanging out without me?

So i have a group of friends. At least that what i think i am to them, and they always go out without me numerous times! And they only invite me rarely , they even have a group on a social media plateform that im not even on, and i just dont get it? I've been there with them since the beggining even before some of them became friends to each other, i've been very close to each one of them for years, and at school i try as much as i can to hang out with them because i enjoy my time with them and i know they love me. But i just dont get it, like today i went out with them for the first time in forever and when i left i looked at my social media and found they took a picture after i freaking left and posted it! Like that just hit the last straw and im hurt beyond words like i just think that's god sending me the last message like he's telling me wake up!

Unfortunately for you, you are that one friend that no one likes. You are a mere thought in the back of their heads, meaning no more to them than a simple memory. They can all easily have fun without you, so I suggest that you do the same and find new friends. To avoid this situation in the future, have things happen on your terms. Be a leader, but still remain someone that likes to be led such as in bed. You need to give the vibe to your friends that you're independent, that you don't need them, but want them and would do anything for them if they need it, however you need to make sure that you are independent before you do so. Friends always stick together, but in order to be a friend to someone else, prove that you'll do just fine on your own, but you want and enjoy your friends' company.

I agree on everything you said but im very positive they all love me. And a lot. Each one of them cares deeply about me, and they always wanna make plans with me but not in a group form, like oke of them wants to have a sleepover with me, the other wants to go to camp with me , the other wants to go to the cinema, and they always tell me you are the fresh breath of air, but i just feel like specific one of them doesn't like me very much and thats the reason for all of this.

Oh I see.. this isn't as bad as the person I described. You simply don't fit into this friend group. Although there's nothing wrong with that, you should probably cease to hang out with all of these people at the same time, but you should also continue to attempt to talk to at least two at once to keep their memory of you alive. Now if your friends are individually flaking out on you, or show no interest with your calls or messages, then that's a problem.
