My brother's girlfriend is trying to flirt with me... do I tell my brother?

Frankly if this was another random guy I wouldn't have turned down that chance. I have to admit she is very attractive and made it obvious twice that she likes me.

1st time: During a small family gathering, when my brother stepped out she purposely sat down close to me and rubbed me with her arm, then smiled. I excused myself and sat elsewhere with other family members.
2nd time: She has been texting me on my messenger a lot lately. Every time I'm online, she appears. I try to keep the conversation short (doesn't feel good) but she wants to continue chatting.

If your brother's girlfriend (a very attractive girl) acted like that towards you, would you tell your brother? He's the only reason that keeps me from acting on my urges and not following through.
