Any singles on here that want kids so bad they have considered having a non romantic interests friend do the honor of having a baby with since they?

This is more for those who really want biological kids, not just an adopted. What are your thoughts? Pro? cons? Does the impulse to go this alternate route get stronger the older you get?

When I was single and 38 I was seriously considering getting pregnant via a sperm donar as I knew my clock was ticking as was worried I wouldn't find the right guy in time. However, I met my now husband at 39 and he impregnated me twice (we got right to work when we knew we wanted to get married, haha) so I didn't end up having to go that way.

if you think having to result to begging a friend to do it is a "honor" for them, you're surely mistaken and do not need a kid.
