After hearing the word ''marriage'' too much, is it normal to be bored with the topic?

I got out of an unstable relationship last current and it's been 4 months into the new relationship. My mother and several relatives in the family kept starting conversation ''Oh when you guys get married, etc. Those conversations would come up 3-4 times a week. In my mind I thought ''wow, they are a lot more obsessed about it than the average woman''.

It got to the point that I felt like screaming in horror if I heard the word ''married, marriage'' again. I wanted a normal conversation of other topics. Now got very bored with the topic about marriage. Is this normal?

Seriously, if I hear one more word about it from them, I feel like screaming.

in my opinion four months is way too earlier to think about getting married. Especially if you just got out of a bad relationship.

I wasn't even thinking about it. My mother and family members keep talking about that topic. It's driving me crazy. One more word about marriage coming from them and I think I'm going to scream.

Its just a word, and under the rights circumstances, you wouldn't be having this reaction.

I just imagine saying ''give me a break, all ready, talk about other topics'' to them. They keep on talking about it too much that I'm not even excited about the topic anymore.
