Why does everyone want me and this guy to be a couple?

There's this guy I barely know and hardly spoken to. All my friends and some of his friends have come up to me and said we would be so suited to each other. How do they know, though? Why are they saying this when we haven't even spoken? Literally everyone says this that I would be good for him and he would be good for me etc.

They might think you'd be a good match (equal looks, personality would vibe.) Maybe they just think you'd look good next to each other. Don't deep it too much.
